Products are packed by us and follow standardized packaging procedures and we ensure that products are shipped as per our high standards. Hopefully your product arrives with enough support to make it to your home as safely as possible.
Can I update my order at any time?
Updates cannot be made after the order has shipped. If you need to change your order, please contactquanzhoujingtuo@163.comand we will try our best to meet your requirements.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contactquanzhoujingtuo@163.comor log in to your account.
Do you ship overseas?

How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on where you are. Under normal circumstances, orders processed here will take [7-14] working days to be delivered. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Is delivery of the product insured?
Absolutely! We organize and ensure the transportation of our products. You have nothing to worry about and no hidden fees.
Can I ship products to a different country or to a different person?
We will deliver to the address you provide on your order. Generally, we will confirm the delivery date with the consignee and the name you provide. If this is a surprise or a gift, please let us know!
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want our customers to be satisfied! If for whatever reason you don't like the product you receive, you may return it in its original packaging and condition within [15-30] days of receipt. Please contactquanzhoujingtuo@163.com
How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
Once we receive the returned item, it may take up to 3 business days to process the refund. For PayPal account holders, for credit card chargebacks, please allow up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear in your PayPal account. 7-14 days Number of days until transaction closes.
Lost and Damaged
We package all of our products with great care and usually arrive safely. However, sometimes it can get damaged, so, very important! Open the package in front of the courier. If you notice damage to your package, please follow these steps:
Please ask the courier to write "This item is damaged/broken" or something similar on the waybill. After you and the courier confirm the damage, you can keep the package.
Please send me photos of the damaged package (each side of it) and the damage to the product so that I can contact the courier company and arrange delivery of the product immediately.
If the courier just leaves the package at your doorstep and you are unable to confirm the damage in front of the courier, ignore the first point and follow the second point above.
Retain the damaged product and packaging until the problem is resolved.
International taxes and duties
Please note that once your order arrives in the destination country, local guidelines will apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the customer's responsibility. However, if applicable, we will support any communication of information with customs as required.
